Behind every logo lies a story closely tied to the evolution of the company it represents. The Ménagez-Vous logo reflects four decades of transformation while remaining faithful to the organization’s roots.

The Birth of Ménagez-Vous

Ménagez-Vous was founded in 1986, when Paule Marquis, freshly graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law, decided to trade her gown for launching a housekeeping business with her university partner.

From the very beginning, the name Ménagez-Vous came naturally. Clear and memorable, it has remained unchanged since the company’s creation.

The Very First Logo

Toward the end of 1986, the founders created the very first Ménagez-Vous logo. It faithfully reflected the activities of the time, which were mainly focused on housekeeping services for private individuals.

At that time, the company’s visibility relied mainly on printed advertising. In the very beginning, the founders asked neighborhood businesses for permission to display their phone number in shop windows.

Word of mouth also played a decisive role in the company’s growth.

The Evolution of Logo Usage

It was only several years later that the logo began to be used on uniforms and to identify cleaning equipment, particularly in the context of commercial contracts.

Meanwhile, Ménagez-Vous’s activities evolved. Private clients were gradually set aside in favor of cleaning commercial and institutional buildings.

However, the original logo still depicted a man in a tie dusting a house—an image that no longer corresponded to the reality of the services offered.

A Modernization Aligned with the Company

When Maximilien, son of Paule Marquis, joined the company, he proposed modernizing the logo to align it with the evolution of Ménagez-Vous’s activities.

The objective was clear: keep the name, the essence of the brand, while updating its image.

Since then, the logo’s colors have evolved toward a cleaner blue and white, better representing Ménagez-Vous’s professional image.
